ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience of caring for older people is required, as well as a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
