ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be eligible for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, as well as a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will be essential, and you must have the compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
