They are looking for a professional sales professional to join their team as a Regional Customer Relationship Manager. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
Main duties of the job
The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. They will need to have excellent communication skills, network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, support local and wider marketing activities, and identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance. The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application, and be self-motivated and target-driven.
