ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a successful candidate, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
