ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join Barchester as a Care Assistant, you will need some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a compassionate and warm-hearted approach, as well as the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
