ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to demonstrate empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and the compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
