ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some prior experience in caring for older adults. A caring and empathetic approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care are also essential.
