ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant, you will need previous experience in caring for older people. A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team are also essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
