ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. A warm, compassionate approach is essential to provide the best possible care and support for all residents.
