ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in caring for older individuals. A compassionate and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of residents are essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this position.
