ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need experience in caring for older people and the required skills and qualifications to provide the level of care and support expected. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
