ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. While formal qualifications are not required, you'll need to demonstrate the necessary skills and attributes, such as excellent communication, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for providing the highest standard of care.
