ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. The company will provide the necessary training and support to help you thrive in the role.
