ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. You should possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate and empathetic approach, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those you care for.
