As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

• To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. No specific qualifications are required, but a warm-hearted approach and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
