ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. You should also have a can-do approach, excellent communication skills, and the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
