ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also possess the compassion and empathy required to provide the highest standard of care and support to all residents.
