Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for the Home Manager role, you will need to have a successful track record of managing and developing care home teams, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong links within the local community.
