ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join as a Night Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, along with a compassionate and warm-hearted approach. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you'll be working closely with residents and their families.
