ABOUT THE ROLE As a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to give our residents the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in maintenance and gardening. Additionally, a caring and patient nature, as well as a genuine interest in supporting the residents, are essential.
