ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some prior experience in caring for older people, along with excellent communication skills and a compassionate, can-do attitude. Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
