Job summary

As a Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable the organization to give residents the quality care and support they deserve. Main duties of the job

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the care home in good condition. This includes undertaking general repairs, painting and decorating, and completing routine checks and inspections to identify and address any issues. The role requires experience in property maintenance, a patient and caring nature, and a willingness to tackle a range of tasks to the highest standards.
