ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• You will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide the highest standard of care are essential for this role.
