ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a successful candidate, you will need some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. The ability to empathize with residents and provide compassionate care is essential.
