The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, networking within the local community, and supporting marketing activities to improve occupancy rates.
Main duties of the job
The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The candidate should have proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM applications, and be self-motivated and target-driven.
