ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills are required for this role. The ability to empathize and show compassion is essential in order to provide the highest quality of care and support to all residents.
