ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. Essential

• No specific qualifications are required for the General Assistant role, as Barchester provides comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the position. However, previous experience in a similar role or working in a care setting would be advantageous.
