ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• You'll need some previous experience in caring for older people, as well as strong communication skills and a compassionate, dedicated approach. No formal qualifications are required, as Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
