ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • Experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are required. No specific qualifications are mentioned, but Barchester will provide the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
