You will build key relationships within the home and externally.

ABOUT YOU You'll need senior-level care experience to join us as a Community Lead. You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. We'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
