ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. A caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop are also essential. No formal qualifications are required, as Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training and support to help you succeed in the role.
