ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a successful Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a positive and can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also have the compassion and empathy needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
