As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

• To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive and proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a compassionate and warm-hearted approach, as well as the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support to all residents.
