Job summary
As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support for the residents. Your duties will include answering the phone, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around the care home.
Main duties of the job
In this varied role, you'll need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, have good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. It's also important that you're a people person who can take a genuine interest in the residents and their families.
