ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. Qualifications

Essential

• No specific qualifications are required for this role, as Barchester provides comprehensive training. However, previous experience in a similar role or in the care sector, as well as strong interpersonal and practical skills, would be advantageous.
