Job summary
As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of quality care in a Barchester care home. You will work closely with the General Manager, taking on leadership duties in their absence, and ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and helping residents enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will set the highest standards, develop and deliver strategies, and demonstrate your skills in areas like safeguarding, clinical risk assessments, HR, sales and marketing, and budget management.
