As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Essential

• You will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Empathy and a warm-hearted approach are also essential, along with the compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
