ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. • No specific qualifications are required for this role, as Barchester Healthcare provides comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the position. However, relevant experience in a care or customer service setting would be beneficial.
