Job summary
The role of a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare's Tewkesbury Fields Care Home involves supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Tewkesbury Fields Care Home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
