Job summary
As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the delivery of exceptional all-round care and support for the residents. Main duties of the job
The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating a range of activities for the care home residents, including both indoor and outdoor activities, group events, and individual pursuits. They will work closely with the residents and their families to understand their interests and preferences, and tailor the activities accordingly. The role also involves liaising with the care home staff to ensure the activities are integrated into the overall care and support plan for each resident.
