As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some previous experience in caring for older people. A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted approach are also essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in this position.
