ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• No specific qualifications are required for the General Assistant role, as Barchester Healthcare provides comprehensive training to ensure the successful candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the position. However, previous experience in a similar role or in the care sector would be advantageous.
