ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people, a caring and compassionate nature, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
