Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team. The role involves supporting the care home to increase occupancy by working as a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background.
Main duties of the job
The Home Admissions Advisor will be responsible for all sales activity for the care home, including talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, responding to sales enquiries, actively generating leads, and maintaining a contacts database. The successful candidate will represent Barchester and the care home in a friendly and professional manner.
