Job summary
As a Community Lead within Barchester's Residential Care Homes, you'll play a crucial role in creating a vibrant, supportive, and person-centered environment for our residents. With senior-level care experience, you'll supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care and support. You'll be responsible for some clinical duties, such as recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressings, while also building strong relationships within the home and externally.
Main duties of the job
The role of Community Lead will involve some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations on weight and blood pressure, and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures. Across everything you do, you'll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment. You will build key relationships within the home and externally.
