Job summary
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager to join their Regulation and Quality Improvement Team. This role will cover the Hampshire & Berkshire area in England, supporting the Lead Quality Improvement and Regulation Managers, the Director and Deputy Director of Regulation and Quality Improvement to achieve regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvements across the business.
Main duties of the job
The Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering the annual Quality Improvement Review (QIR) and support visit schedule, monitoring and reviewing data to inform risk-based responses, providing day-to-day central support, advice and guidance on regulatory and quality improvement matters, and writing reports and action plans to drive quality improvement. They will also attend regional meetings, work on the Regulation Duty Desk, and be involved in key Quality Improvement projects.
