ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this Night Care Assistant role, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. You'll also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the residents you care for.
