ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• Experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills are required for this role. No specific qualifications are necessary, as Barchester Healthcare will provide all the training you need to thrive.
