Job summary
As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in a Barchester care home. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring care standards are met, motivating the team, and developing strategies to achieve your goals. You will need experience in managing residents with different health needs, a track record of safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as HR, sales, and marketing knowledge.
