Job summary
As a Senior Nurse (General) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your leadership skills to make sure residents get the quality care they're known for. You'll be a hands-on clinical leader who creates a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of mental and physical needs. With your professional judgment, you'll make critical clinical decisions, from assessing new residents to implementing safeguarding policies and administering medicines. You'll also support and mentor your team to ensure they have the clinical training to deliver the highest standards of nursing.
